If you have an undiagnosed condition and are awaiting results or further investigation, and you choose to travel, you will not be covered for any related claims.
A pre-existing condition is any illness, injury, or medical condition that you:
Had symptoms of, or received treatment, advice, or investigation for before your trip, or
Received treatment, advice, or investigation for in the past 2 years before your full membership or booking your trip, or
Were aware of (or could reasonably be expected to be aware of) that may lead to a claim
This includes chronic or ongoing conditions or dental conditions.
