What data will be shared when I allow a service access to my account?

Updated over a week ago

When you link your Yonder account to other services, such as budgeting or financial apps, certain information will be shared to enable those services to work.

What data gets shared?

  • Your account balance: Your current available balance.

  • All transactions made on your account: Including details about merchants.

  • All payments into your account: Including personal details of payers (such as names and IBANs from Tikkie or SEPA transfers).

๐Ÿ’ก Your account login details (like passwords or PINs) will never be shared.

How can I control this sharing?

You can stop sharing your data with any service at any time by removing their access directly in your Yonder app.

How do I keep my data safe?

To protect your information, we recommend only granting access to services that are approved by a national regulator, such as the AFM (Netherlands) or another European financial authority.

Yonder is not affiliated with any third-party services, so itโ€™s your responsibility to verify how they handle and protect your data before linking your account. In the Netherlands, these services must comply with PSD2 and AVG (GDPR) standards to ensure your financial privacy is protected.
