Yes, you can submit a claim on behalf of your spouse, legal partner, or other eligible beneficiaries covered under the policy. The claim must always be submitted by you, the cardholder.
A "partner" refers to your spouse or legal partner, including couples in a common-law relationship living permanently at the same address.
Proof of relationship
When making a claim, you may be asked to provide proof of relationship. This could include:
Marriage or civil partnership certificate
Proof that you live at the same address such as mortgage agreements, tenancy agreements, utility bills or other official forms of ID with addresses such as driving licenses
Evidence of shared financial responsibilities such as a joint bank account, or bills in both names
